How long do I have to report a problem?expand_more
The guarantee runs 90 days from the date we complete the job. As soon as you notice an issue with our workmanship, give us a call or text and we'll get you on the schedule.
Does it cost anything to have you come back?expand_more
No. If the issue is with our workmanship, the return visit and the fix are free. There's no trip charge and no labor charge for guarantee work.
What if the part I supplied is the problem?expand_more
The guarantee covers our labor and workmanship. If a customer-supplied material or fixture fails, that falls outside the guarantee — but call us anyway and we'll help you figure out the best fix and a fair price.
Do you guarantee electrical or plumbing line work?expand_more
Wired connections and plumbing line work are performed by a licensed electrician or plumber, and that licensed trade stands behind their portion. We guarantee the handyman workmanship we perform.
